Білім саласы қызметкерлерінің қалалық тамыз кеңесіне қала әкімі Г.Құрманбекова, қалалық маслихат хатшысы А.Байтанаев, Түркістан облысы адами әлеуетті дамыту басқармасының бас маманы З.Алтаева, қалалық маслихат депутаттары, бөлім басшылары, ауыл әкімдері, қалалық бөлім басшысы Ә.Момбеков, қалалық білім және ғылым қызметкерлерінің кәсіподағы комтетінің төрағасы Ж.Мұхаев, ардагер ұстаздар, мектеп директорлары мен балабақша меңгерушілері, білім беру ұйымдарының педагог-зерттеуші, педагог-шеберлері мен қамқоршылық кеңес төрағалары қатысты.
Қалалық тамыз кеңесі 2 бөлімнен өтілді.
І бөлім — пленарлық отырыстың ресми бөлімі;
ІІ бөлім — педагог қызметкерлерді марапаттау рәсімі.
Пленарлық отырыстың ресми бөлімінде қала әкімі Г.Құрманбекова, Түркістан облысының адами әлеуетті дамыту басқармасының бас маманы З.Алтаева педагогтарды жаңа оқу жылымен құттықтап, бөлім басшысы Ә.Момбеков «2022-2023 оқу жылында Қазақстан Республикасының орта білім беру ұйымдарында оқу-тәрбие процесін ұйымдастырудың ерекшеліктері туралы» баяндама жасады.
Сонымен қатар жарыссөзде қалалық білім және ғылым қызметкерлерінің кәсіподағы комтетінің төрағасы Ж.Мұхаев, Жиделі жалпы орта мектебінің директоры Г.Ауезова, «Балдырған» бөбекжай-балабақшасының меңгерушісі Г.Әмірқұлова ұсыныс-пікірлерін айтты.
Қалалық тамыз кеңесі 2021-2022 оқу жылында жетістікке жеткен педагогтарды марапаттау рәсімімен аяқталды.
