Жиынға аудан әкімі Н.Байғұт, аудандық мәслихаттың хатшысы С.Сейсенбаев, Түркістан облысының адами әлеуетті дамыту басқармасының бас маманы Ғ.Жанаева, М.Әуезов атындағы ОҚМУ тарих және педогогика бөлімінің деканы, доцент, филология ғылымдарының кандидаты, ғалым Қ.Оразбаев, «Абыройлы» республикалық журналының редакторы Қ.Тұрғынбай, журналист А.Сәдібекұлы, мектеп директорлары мен орынбасарлары, ата-аналар комитетінің және қамқоршылық кеңесінің төрағалары мен БАҚ өкілдері қатысты.
Кеңестің ашылу салтанаты аудан әкімі Нұрлан Байғұттың алғы сөзімен бастау алды. Аудан басшысы өз сөзінде жаңа Қазақстанды құратын басты тірек ол — өскелең ұрпақ екенін айтып, ұстаздар қауымының қоғамдағы рөлін ерекшелеп өтті.
Сонымен қатар, Нұрлан Мархабатұлы білім саласындағы өзекті мәселелерді шешу мақсатындағы атқарылып жатқан жұмыстарға қысқаша тоқталып, оң бағасын беріп, барша қауымды жаңа оқу жылының ашылуымен құттықтады.
Кеңес барысында аудандық адами әлеуетті дамыту бөлімінің басшысы Е.Қадырбек өткен оқу жылындағы атқарылған жұмыстарға жан -жақты тоқталып, алдағы атқарар іс — шара жоспарына тоқталып өтті. Ал,Түркістан облысының адами әлеуетті дамыту басқармасының бас маманы Ғалия Жанаева облыс көлемінде білім саласын ілгерілету жөніндегі атқарылып жатқан шараларды қамтып өтті. Сонымен қатар, бір топ ұстаздар қауымы мен қонақтар жарыссөзге шығып, өз ойларымен бөлісті.
Тамыз кеңесі барысында тәрбие және білім беру жолында өлшеусіз еңбек етіп жүрген ұстаздар қауымы марапатталды.
