ҚР Еңбек және халықты әлеуметтік қорғау министрінің штаттан тыс кеңесшісі Айжани Нұрланова стационарлық типтегі медициналық-әлеуметтік мекемелерде қызмет алушылардың құқықтары мен заңды мүдделерінің сақталуын қамтамасыз ету мақсатында, Шымкент қаласы әкімдігінің № 6 балалар арнаулы әлеуметтік қызметтер көрсету орталығында болып, уақытша тұрушылардың өмір сүру жағдайларымен танысып және оларды оңалту бойынша ұсыныстар берді. — әлеуметтік-еңбек қызметтерін көрсету;
— әлеуметтік-мәдени қызмет көрсету;
— әлеуметтік-психологиялық қызмет көрсету;
— әлеуметтік-педагогикалық қызмет көрсету;
— әлеуметтік-экономикалық қызмет көрсету;
— әлеуметтік-құқықтық қызмет көрсету.
Айжани Нұрланова мекемедегі жағдаймен, тұрмыстық жағдайлармен және уақытша тұрушылардың оңалту бағдарламаларымен танысты.
Мекеме басшылығымен әңгіме барысында жүргізілген жөндеу жұмыстарының барысын бақылау және балаларды қосымша заманауи оңалту құралдарымен қамтамасыз ету қажеттігін атап өтті.
Сондай-ақ Айжани Нұрланова қызметкерлер арасында психологиялық оқу курстарын өткізу, оларды жылына екі рет санаториялық-курорттық емделуге жіберу және психологиялық шаршауға жол бермеу үшін мотивациялық іс-шараларды өткізу бойынша ұсыныстар берді.
