— су қорының жерлері — 1028 га
— орман қорының жерлері 243 гектарды құрайды. Ең маңызды болып есептелетін, ауылшаруашылық мақсатындағы жерлердің көлемі – 79166 гектар болып, оның ішінде:
— егістік жерлердің көлемі – 51828 гектар:
— жайылым – 24525 га;
— көпжылдық өсімдіктер – 2110 га;
— су асты жерлері, жолдар және басқа да жерлер – 703 га құрайды. Бұл туралы аудандық жер қатынастары бөлімінің басшысы Абылгазиев Нұрбол Керімбекұлы арнайы өткізілген брифингте мәлімдеді.
Сондай-ақ аудандық жер қатынастары бөлімі мен заңды және жеке тұлғалар арасында
2021 жылы 5 айда 468 дана жер телімін жалға беру туралы типтік шартты, 101 дана жер учаскесін сатып алу-сатудың келісім шарты жасалып, жер сатудан бюджетке 85,5 млн теңге қаржы түскен.
Айта кетейік, аудан аумағындағы ауыл шаруашылығы мақсатындағы жер учаскелеріне түгендеу жұмыстарын жүргізу барысында, бірқатар жер пайдаланушылармен ауыл шаруашылы мақсатындағы жайылым жерлерді нысаналы мақсатына сай пайдаланбай, жердің құнаралы қабатын бұзу, заңсыз құм-тас өндіру фактілері анықталған. Жалпы ҚР жер кодексінің заңнамаларын бұза отырып пайдаланып жатқан – 46 жер учаскесі 626,9 гектар жерлер анықталып, жер учаскелері бойынша жинақталған іс-құжаттар заң шеңберінде шара көру үшін Түркістан облысының жер инспекциясы басқармасына жолданды.
