Түркістан облысының адами әлеуетті дамыту басқармасының «№24 колледж» мемлекеттік коммуналдық қазыналық кәсіпорны, қазіргі заманғы техникалық және кәсіптік білім беру мамандарын даярлайтын өңірдегі білім беру мекемелерінің бірі болып табылады. Колледж техникалық, мұнай газ және химиялық өндірісі, көлік, металлургия және машина жасау мамандықтары бойынша білім беру қызметін жүргізеді. Оқу орнында 9 мамандық бойынша мамандарды даярлау жүйесі бар.
Колледж миссиясы: «Өндірістік әлеует деңгейін және жаңа әлемдегі жаңа Қазақстан экономикасының деңгейін артуға қабілетті және жоғары тұлғалық қасиеттері бар, теориялық пен тәжірибелік дағдыларының деңгейі жоғары, бәсекеге қабілетті мамандарды даярлау».
Колледждің стратегиялық мақсаттары:
— ұйымдармен байланысты арттыру, ішкі нарық үшін жоғары білікті мамандарды дайындау;
— үздіксіз кәсіптік білім беру жүйесін қалыптастыру;
— түрлі кәсіптер бойынша ТжКББ мамандарын даярлау жүйесін дамыту және тұрақты қолданылуын қалыптастыру;
— білім сапасын басқару жүйесінің әрі қарай қалыптасуын қамтамасыз ету;
— колледждің білім беру субъектілерінің денсаулығын нығайту және сақтау мақсатында колледж қызметкерлері мен студенттерге жағдай жасау;
— әлеуметтік серіктестік жүйесін кеңейту және нәтиже ретінде – келісім-мақсатты дайындық формасы (дуалды оқыту жүйесін енгізу);
— еңбек нарығының талаптарына сәйкес кәсіптік білім сапасы мен мазмұны, жұмыс берушілер мен білім беру қызметтерін тұтынушылардың сұраныстарын қанағаттандыру, жаңа мамандықтарын ашу, оқыту ықтимал бағыттарын анықтау мақсатында нарықтың жұмыс күші қажеттіліктерін зерттеу.
Міндеттер:
— білім берудің сапалы қызметін ұсыну;
— кәсіби құзыреттілік пен мәдениеттің жоғары деңгейіндегі ұжым қалыптастыру;
— ҚР МББС сәйкес оқытушылар мен студентерге табысты қызметі үшін қажетті жағдай туғызу;
— педагогтардың біліктілігін арттыру жүйесін дамыту және жүзеге асыру арқылы оқу үрдісін, кадрлар сапасын жақсарту;
— кадрлар даярлаудың сапасы мен мазмұнын жақсарту, жұмыс берушілердің және оқу қызметін тұтынушылардың сұраныстарын қанағаттандыру.
Колледждің стратегиялық дамуына қол жеткізу мақсатында төмендегідей стратегиялық міндеттер кешенімен қамтамасыз етіледі:
- білім беру үрдісін модернизациялау;
- тәжірибелік оқытудың тиімділігін модернизациялау және арттыру;
- кадрлық потенциалды дамыту;
- материалдық-техникалық базаны нығайту;
- әлеуметтік серіктестікті кеңейту;

Колледжде 4 компьютер кабинет жұмыс істейді, олардың әрқайсысында 24 данадан компьютерлер орнатылған. Интернет желісіне қосылған 1 компьютер кабинеті, яғни 25 компьютер. Компьютерлер ADSL арқылы, жылдамдығы 10 мбит/сек. болатын Интернет желісіне қосылған, 6 оқу кабинеті интерактивті құрал жабдықтармен жабдықталған.
