Түркістанда этносаралық қарым-қатынасты нығайту мақсатында үш күндік семинар-тренинг өтті.

Семинарда этносаралық татулықты сақтау, қоғамдық келісімді нығайту, дау-дамайдың алдын алу бағытында келелі ойлар айтылды.

Алқалы басқосуға ҚР Ұлттық Қауіпсіздік Комитетінің Түркістан облыстық департаменті бастығының орынбасары Бахтияр Маметбакиев, облыс Прокурорының орынбасары Саян Келдібеков, Түркістан олблыстық Полиция департаментінің бірінші орынбасары Абдуғани Сейдуалиев, сондай-ақ ҰҚК, прокуратура, полиция департаменті өкілдері, аудан, қала әкімдерінің орынбасарлары мен ішкі саясат бөлімдерінің басшылары және этнос өкілдері тығыз шоғырланған ауыл округтерінің әкімдері, білім саласының қызметкерлері, мектеп директорлары, сарапшылар, ҚХА өкілдері, сонымен қатар Шымкент қаласынан делегаттар қатысты.

Жиынның ашылуында сөз алған Түркістан облысы әкімінің орынбасары Сәкен Қалқаманов аталған семинар-тренинг жергілікті жерлердегі этносаралық қатынастың тұрақтылығына, этнос өкілдерінің қазақстандық қоғамға интеграциялану процесін жеделдетуге мол септігін тигізетінін атап өтті.

Семинар барысында этносаралық саладағы дағдарыстық ахуалға, яғни, этностар арасындағы келіспеушілік пен даулы мәселелерге ден қою алгоритмдерін іске асыру жолдары және осы бағыттағы озық іс-тәжірибелер туралы айтылды. Бұл ретте, ҚР Ақпарат және қоғамдық даму министрлігінің Этносаралық қатынастарды дамыту комитетінің төрағасы Ғалым Шойкин баяндама жасап, этносаралық қатынастарды нығайту бағытында әңгіме қозғады. Сондай-ақ Қолданбалы этносаяси зерттеулер институтының өкілдері Луиза Узарова мен Жұлдыз Кәрім және ҰҚК өкілі Жанғали Урынбаев, Бас прокуратура өкілдері Дастан Байтеміров пен Күмісхан Таңатов, Ішкі істер министрлігі Оқу орталығының арнайы пәндер циклының басшысы Тұрдалы Қаратаев қатысушыларға дәріс оқыды. Қатысушылар спикерлерге сұрақтарын қойып, пікір алмасты.

Жиынды қорытындылаған облыс әкімінің орынбасары Сәкен Қалқаманов өңірдегі этносаралық татулықты, бірлікті сақтаудың маңыздылығына тоқталып, бұл бағытта бірлесе жұмыс істеуге шақырды.

Семинар-тренинг соңында барлық қатысушыларға ҚР Ақпарат және қоғамдық даму министрлігіне қарасты Қолданбалы этносаяси зерттеулер институтының сертификаттары табысталды.
