Қазан айының 4-6 аралығында Астанада «Жаңа нақты жағдайда Тәуелсіз мемлекеттер достастығын құру және пандемиядан кейінгі кезеңдегі білім беру үдерісінің трансформациясы» тақырыбында мұғалімдер мен басқа да білім беру қызметкерлерінің VII съезі өтеді.
Мұғалімдер съезі ТМД білім министрлері конференциясының шешімімен екі жылда бір рет өткізілетінін еске сала кетейік.
2010 жылы ТМД-ға мүше мемлекеттердің мұғалімдері мен білім беру қызметкерлерінің бірінші съезі Қазақстанда өткен болатын.
«Қазіргі уақытта әртүрлі елдер мұғалімдерінің ортақтастығы мен бірлігі — білім беру саласында мемлекеттер арасындағы тұрақтылық пен ынтымақтастықты нығайтудың кепілі. ТМД елдерінің білім беру саласындағы ынтымақтастық кеңесі VII съезді Қазақстанда өткізу туралы шешім қабылдады. Әртүрлі бағыт бойынша барлығы 9 тақырыптық секция ұйымдастырылады: білім беру мазмұны, бағалау, жалпыадамзаттық құндылықтар, мұғалімдерді дамыту, қосымша білім беру, цифрлық трансформация, балалардың әл-ауқаты, инклюзивтілік және кәсіптік-техникалық білім. Цифрландыру дәуіріндегі оқу сауаттылығы мен ата-аналармен өзара әрекеттесу мәселелері де талқыланады», — деді Орта білім комитетінің төрағасы Гүлмира Кәрімова.
Съезд аясында ІІ Педагогикалық шеберлік фестивалінің қорытынды кезеңі өтіп, байқаудың финалистері, яғни ТМД елдерінің мұғалімдері біздің елге келеді. Олар сайыс сабақтарын көрсетеді. Мұғалімдерге арналған шеберлік сабақтары үш номинация бойынша өтеді: мұғалім, тәрбиеші және психолог/әлеуметтік педагог.
Сонымен бірге съезде мектепке дейінгі және орта білім беру, сондай-ақ оқу-әдістемелік кешен саласындағы цифрлық және баспа өнімдерінің көрмесі ұйымдастырылады. Қазақстандық кәсіпкерлер мен стартаптар оқу орындарында сабақ беру мен оқуды тиімді ұйымдастыратын ІТ-жобаларын таныстырады.
