Жетінші шақырылымдағы Түркістан облыстық мәслихатының кезекті жетінші сессиясы өтті.
Мәслихат сессиясының күн тәртібінде 23 мәселе қаралды.
Сессия жұмысына облыс әкімі Өмірзақ Шөкеев, әкімдік мүшелері және облыстық сайлау комиссиясының төрағасы мен мемлекеттік органдардың басшылары, сондай-ақ бұқаралық ақпарат құралдарының өкілдері қатысты.
Күн тәртібінде Түркістан облысы құрылыс басқармасы басшысының өткен жылғы атқарылған жұмыстар жөніндегі есебі тыңдалып, арнайы комиссия құрылыс саласында атқарылған жұмыстарға оң қорытындысын берді. «Облыс әкімдігінің және облыстық тексеру комиссиясының 2020 жылға арналған облыстық бюджеттің атқарылуы жөніндегі есептері» баяндалды. Мәселе облыстық мәслихаттың барлық тұрақты комиссияларының отырыстарында қаралып, қолдау тапқан.
Өмірзақ Шөкеев облыста өткен жылы атқарылған жұмыстар жөнінде есеп берді. Жақында бекітілген Түркістан Түркістан облысының 2021-2025 жылдарға арналған жаңа кешенді жоспарымен бөлісіп, Түркістан қаласын дамыту кезеңіне тоқталды. Жобаға 145 іс-шара енгізілген.
«Облыс орталығы қазақ халқы мен бүкіл түркі дүниесі үшін тарихи маңызы бар Түркістан қаласына көшірілді. 2018 жыл баршамызға тарихи шешім қабылдаған жыл деп білеміз. Бұл тарихи оқиға өңірімізге жаңа серпін және жан-жақты дамуының жаңа мүмкіндіктеріне жол ашты. Баршамыз жақсы білеміз, киелі қаламыз Орталық Азияның ең көне қалаларының бірі болуымен қатар, Тәуелсіз еліміздің рухани астанасы, түркі әлемін билеген тарихи тұлғалар мен тарландардың мекені. Сондықтан міне бүгін сол тарихи сәтке 3 жыл толып отыр», – деді облыс әкімі Ө.Шөкеев.
Жиында бірқатар басқарма басшыларының есебі тыңдалып, Түркістан облысының бюджеті талқыға түсті. Аталған мәселелерді қарау нәтижесі бойынша облыстық мәслихат депутаттары тиісті шешімдер қабылдады.
