Шымкент гарнизонының механикаландырылған бригадасының құрылғанына — 79 жыл. 

Осыған орай салтанатты сап түзеуге оның қалыптасуының бастауында тұрған бөлім ардагерлері мен еліміздің оңтүстік шекараларының қауіпсіздігін қамтамасыз етудің кепілі болып табылатын офицерлер, сержанттар, мерзімді қызметтегі сарбаздар жиналды.

Жиналғандарды бөлім командирі подполковник Нүркен Қарағұлов және ардагерлер ұйымдарының өкілдері қарсы алды.

Бөлім командирі атап өткендей, бригаданың жеке құрамы жүктелген міндеттерді сәтті орындауда.

— Менің ойымша, біздің бөліміміз жауынгерлік даярлық сабақтары бойынша алдағы уақытта да алдыңғы орындарды иеленіп, жоғары нәтижелер көрсететін болады. Бөлім басшылығының және өз атымнан, жеке құрамды бүгінгі мерекемен құттықтаймын, отбасыларыңызға бақыт, денсаулық және бөліміміздің жауынгерлік міндеттерін табысты орындауыма тілектеспін, — деді ол.
