Іс шара Қазан айының қоңыр күздерімен тұспа-тұс келген ұстаздар күні мерекесіне орай, ұстаздар қауымын құттықтап, үлкенді сыйлауға, адамгершілікке тәрбиелеуге, ұстаз бен оқушы арасындағы байланысты нығайту мақсатында ұйымдастырылды.
