Түркістан қаласында Елбасына ескерткіш орнату туралы бастаманы мамыр айында өткен «Түркістан – түркі әлемінің рухани астанасы: интеграциялық және ынтымақтастық перспективалары» атты халықаралық конференцияда сөз сөйлеген ТҮРКСОЙ ұйымының Бас хатшы орынбасары доцент, доктор Билаль Чакыджы мырза да көтерген болатын. Конференцияға қатысушылар Елбасының күллі түркі әлемі үшін жасаған елеулі еңбегіне ризашылықтарын білдіре отырып, шетелдік ғалымның ұсынысын бір ауыздан қолдады.
