Нейрохирургия – қарқынды түрде дамып жатқан жаңа саланың түрі. Ең алғаш елімізде 2008 жылы шет елге танымал дәрігер, академик Серік Ақшолақовтың басқаруымен Астана қаласында Ұлттық нейрохирургия орталығы ашылған болатын. Көреген басшы айналасына талантты, епті жас мамандарды жинап, білімін жетілдіру мақсатында шет елдерге жіберді. Солардың ішінде қазіргі медицина ғылымдарының докторы, Шымкенттің бас нейрохирургі МЕДЕТОВ ЕРКІН ЖҰМАҒҰЛҰЛЫ болды.
Шымкент қалалық №1 клиникалық ауруханада 15 нейрохирург жұмыс істейді. Мұнда омыртқа грыжасы, жұлынның қатерлі ісігі, омыртқаның сынуы секілді омыртқа патологиясы және тағы басқа аурулармен емделушілер көп түседі. Бұрындары бұндай науқастарды Алматы, Астана қалаларына жіберетін, кейбірі өз жолымен Ташкент дәрігерлеріне жүгінетін. Қазір Еркін Медетов жетекшілік ететін аурухананың нейрохирургиялық қызметі мен Ұлттық нейрохирургия орталығының көмегі арқасында аталмыш аурулар қаламызда емделеді.
– Біздің саланы Европа елдерінен озық деп айта аламын. Оларда бас сүйегін ашып, ашық оталар жасалынады. Біздің европалық әріптестерден айырмашылығымыз аралас нейрохирургияны қолданамыз, яғни, эндоваскулярлы ем де, ашық нейрохирургия да қолжетімді. Бірінші кезекте айналма жолдарын тауып, тамырларға анастомоздар саламыз. Сосын эндоваскулярлы әдіспен отаны аяқтаймыз. Бұл әдіс асқынудың алдын алады. Әлем бойынша мұндай отадан кейінгі асқыну 8 пайыз болса, Шымкентте 2 пайызды құрайды, – дейді Еркін Медетов.
Айта кетейік, батыс елдерінде миға жасалатын оталар орта есеппен 30 мың доллар тұрады. Қазақстанда шет ел азаматтары үшін 10 мың доллар, өз еліміздің азаматтарына квотамен тегін. 2022 жылы қалалық №1 клиникалық ауруханада 900 күрделі нейрохирургиялық ота жасалынса, оның 450-і Еркін Жұмағұлұлының еңбегі.
